Rock Springs Area Attractions

Wyoming Office of Tourism

Rock Springs, Wyoming is a high desert town that was founded during 19th century mining and railroad booms. It is steeped in the history of the wild west and evidence of that history is found all around Rock Springs.

In addition to it’s rich history, you will also note the beauty of Rock Springs and the surrounding area. Transport yourself back in time as you paddle through the Flaming Gorge or watch wild horses run at Pilot Butte.

Not only should the weather be great in the high desert, but there is so much to see in this area that you should put Wyoming on your travel plans on your way to Escapade and take some time to explore afterward.
