2025 Let's Fiesta Escapade Recap
What happens when you mix hundreds of RVs, a thousand plus RVers and a jam-packed schedule of seminars, entertainment, donuts, pizza and more? You get the boldest, liveliest, most unforgettable Escapade ever!
On March 16–21, plus a few pre-party days, RVers rolled into sunny (and sometimes wild!) Tucson for the largest gathering of Escapees members—along with hundreds of Harvest Hosts members. And, while Mother Nature threw in some surprises (who could forget that wild windstorm knocking out power at the start), nothing could dim the Escapade spirit!
The energy was on from Saturday night’s “Sneak party,” where we kicked things off with walking tacos (yes, they’re real—and delicious!), hot dogs and wacky games that had everyone laughing and bonding. By Opening Day, 671 rigs had made their way in, and when the opening ceremonies began, Thurber Hall was buzzing! Harvest Hosts and Escapees CEO, Joel Holland, and Escapade directors, Rob and Laura Kernodle, fired up the crowd, and from that moment on, the momentum never slowed!
Whether it was live entertainment, hands-on seminars, or just sharing laughs over pizza and donuts, the Let’s Fiesta Escapade delivered non-stop excitement, connection and community. Over 1,400 attendees came from across the region, the country and the ocean to join in the fun.
But that’s not all—look at these incredible stats:
• 51 pints of blood donated (saving lives one pint at a time!)
• 228 gallons of coffee guzzled alongside 3,098 donuts (because RV life runs on caffeine and sugar!)
• $14,200 raised for CARE through cupcake auctions, balloon photos, crafts, cigars, yoga, mailroom chip dipping and more!
Seminars! We had it all. RV repairs, solar, lithium, fire safety, trip planning, tour company options, human trafficking awareness, working remotely and even making mead in your RV. Learning never looked so fun!
And music! Four incredible live bands rocked everything from Latin beats, ’80s covers and Celtic ballads to AC/DC, bagpipes, country tunes, daytime jams and the beloved music of the band Status Crowes. Attendees bopped, hopped, swung and jittered to it all.
And the best part was the people and their stories!

With all the excitement of the week, we don’t want to forget about three big pieces: the kids, the crew and the shopping! Kidscapade kept our youngest RVers entertained (and maybe even wore them out a little!)
with exciting activities and hands-on fun, giving parents a well-earned break.
Meanwhile, our rockstar volunteers were everywhere: checking people in, keeping things running smoothly, building awesome stage sets and proving, once again, that Escapade wouldn’t happen without their tireless efforts (seriously, we’d be lost without them!).
And let’s not forget the vendor market, where attendees shopped ’til they dropped, discovering must-have RV gadgets, gear and goodies they never knew they needed—but suddenly couldn’t live without.
At the end of the day, Escapade is all about community. Whether it’s trying something new, finally making it to your first event or simply sharing laughter and good times, this year’s gathering was filled with unforgettable moments.
